Shipping policy

Āio Sea Moss is prepared fresh in small weekly batches to ensure quality and freshness. Orders close Monday at 7am NZST each week.

Sea moss is soaked, blended and prepared fresh before being refrigerated, packed and shipped on Wednesdays via NZ Post Courier. Orders placed after the weekly cut off will be included in the following week’s batch.

Orders are sent using overnight shipping across New Zealand. Rural deliveries may take longer. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that delivery times may be affected by rural locations, courier delays or circumstances outside of our control.
