Shipping policy

Āio Sea Moss is prepared fresh in small weekly batches to ensure quality and freshness.

Orders close Sunday at 5pm NZST each week.

Sea moss is soaked, blended, prepared, and refrigerated fresh before being packed and shipped on Wednesdays via NZ Post Courier.

Orders placed after the weekly cut-off will be included in the following week's production run.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that delivery times may vary for rural addresses and are subject to courier network conditions.
