Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, Āio Sea Moss does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and a description of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order. Āio Sea Moss cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
